Pricing & Models
How much does an RG Golf simulator cost?
The Eagleye III Professional starts at $18,999 and the Eagleye III Premium starts at $35,999. Both prices include the simulator hardware and full 180+ course library — no mandatory annual subscription.
What's the difference between the Professional and Premium?
Professional is our core package — triple-camera sensor, software license, and RG pad. Premium is our complete premium turnkey package — everything in Professional plus host computer, projector, auto-tee, touchscreen, and installation service. Both packages use the same tracking technology and Unreal Engine 5 software. 2K and 4K options are available for host computer and projector as component-level choices, not package differences. Customers can also customize — buy the core package and add selected components, or request a custom quote tailored to your space. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do I need to pay an annual software subscription?
No. RG Golf includes software updates with your purchase — unlike some competitors that charge $500–$1,100 per year for continued access.
Installation & Space
Can I install this in my home?
Yes. See our Toronto Residence case study — a sun room converted into a full home entertainment center with Eagleye III and auto-tee.
Do you handle installation or do I need a contractor?
RG Golf provides full turnkey installation — design, delivery, and on-site setup — or we can work directly with your own contractor if you prefer to manage the build-out yourself. Our Case Studies show the full process for commercial venues and home residences.
Do I need a dedicated PC or any other hardware?
The core Eagleye III package includes the triple-camera tracking sensors and the software. The host computer, projector or display, and auto-tee are sold separately so you can spec them to your space and budget — we help you select compatible components during the design process.
What ceiling height do I need?
We recommend a minimum 10-foot ceiling for the best experience. Contact us with your space dimensions and we'll confirm compatibility.
Software & Courses
How many courses come with the simulator?
180+ real courses rendered in stunning detail using Unreal Engine 5. The library expands with new courses added regularly at no extra cost.
What data does the simulator track?
Ball speed, launch angle (horizontal and vertical), carry distance, total distance, club path, face angle, face-to-path, spin rate, spin axis, smash factor, attack angle, and impact location. The triple-camera AI system captures the full professional data set across every club.
Is it accurate enough for serious practice or fitting?
Yes. Our three-camera AI tracking cross-validates readings on every shot — designed for commercial environments where players of every skill level rely on consistent, accurate data.
Can kids, beginners, and casual players enjoy it?
Absolutely. RG Golf is the Official Title Sponsor of the AJGA RG Golf Junior Open Championship and an official partner of the PGA of America's PGA Junior League. The software includes cartoon courses and fun game modes designed to make golf approachable for first-timers while staying challenging for advanced players.
What is RG GolfBay?
RG GolfBay is RG's 24/7 self-serve venue management platform — an integrated system that handles online booking, automatic simulator power control, and keyless venue access. It works with any RG Eagleye III installation and enables operators to run unstaffed or lightly-staffed venues while keeping simulators available around the clock. Currently in development for the Americas. Join the waitlist →
Commercial & Venue
Do you offer remote/ESport tournaments between venues?
Yes. The software supports network-synced head-to-head play between any RG simulators anywhere in the world — commercial bays or private home installs — so you can play against a friend in Toronto from your own setup in Vancouver.
