Sun Room to Simulator Room
The sun room had soaring vaulted ceilings, natural wood beams, and skylights that flood the space with light. What it didn't have was a purpose. RG's team worked around the room's angled architecture to fit a full Eagleye III bay with Auto Tee — and built in optional add-ons: karaoke and home theatre, all running through the same setup. No extra rooms needed. One room that plays world-class golf by day and hosts movie nights and karaoke by evening — all under the same skylit ceiling.
